Submissions

Video Data Bank's Acquisition Committee reviews submissions from artists working with video and digital media on an ongoing basis.  If you would like to submit work to be considered for possible acquisition, please send a DVD or Blu-ray copy in a bubble-filled envelope (no fiber-fill please) to the following address:

Please note that VDB does not distribute feature films or traditional documentaries.

Along with the submission please include any relevant supplemental materials such as a biography, videography, promotional postcards, press, etc.  It is not possible at this time for the Committee to consider works via online streaming formats or FTP download.  

Since we are a non-profit organization with a small staff, please note that our selection process can take some time. If you have questions about submitting your work to VDB, please contact acquisitions@vdb.org.
