Assistant Director Brigid Reagan Balcom will be representing Video Data Bank at the Festival du Nouveau Cinema, Montréal next week, October 16-20. This 40th edition of the festival features new work by VDB artists Marie Losier, Nicolas Provost and John Smith, alongside many other special programs, peformances and screenings.
