Interweaving the voices of two friends—an HIV+ Latina lesbian and an HIV- Jewish lesbian—the video juxtaposes two very different yet overlapping experiences. The tape points to the, often unspoken, tensions occurring within this epidemic—survival and power, mourning and loss. |
