In From Fagtasia to Frisco, Brenda and Glennda report from Fagtasia, an event honoring the Summer Solstice in New York organized by the Radical Faeries. Through interviews with Faeries and footage of their walk across the Brooklyn Bridge, the group proposes to reclaim the city as a safe space for queer people, and discuss reorienting queer consciousness toward spirituality. Next, the hosts whisk themselves away to the west coast to attend the 17th Annual San Francisco International Lesbian and Gay Film Festival (now called the Frameline Film Festival) at The Castro Theater.

In San Francisco, Brenda and Glennda attend a screening and reception for filmmaker Marlon Riggs, who received the Frameline Award that year for his contributions to LGBTQ+ representation in media arts. While there, they interview The Scarlot Harlot (Carol Leigh), a filmmaker and sex workers’ rights activist, as well as Danny Acosta, a filmmaker, and Jenni Olson, one of the festival curators.

An episode of The Brenda and Glennda Show, hosted by Brenda Sexual and Glennda Orgasm. Featuring the Radical Faeries, The Scarlot Harlot, Danny Acosta, and Jenni Olson. Thanks to Julie Clark, Dana Nasrallah, Maria Beatty, Jenni Olson, and Fluffy Boy.
